In consideration of being permitted to participate on September 6, 2025, in Ava’s Bigfoot Stomp (the “Event”), I hereby agree as follows:

1. I am physically able and fit to participate in any activities of the Event, in which I have chosen to participate, and, by my e-signature, I certify that I am medically able to perform this event, and am in good health.

2. I assume all risks associated with participation in the Event, including but not limited to falls, contact with other participants and vehicles, the effects of the weather including high heat, and the conditions of the road including surrounding terrain. I accept personal responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense, of any kind or nature, that I or my property may suffer arising out of or in connection with the Event or my participation or attendance therein.

3. Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, and in consideration of accepting my entry to participate in the Event, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the Event organizers, sponsors, or volunteers and their respective directors, owners, officers, and agents from all claims, actions, suits, expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), liabilities, and ordinary negligence arising directly or indirectly out of the Event.
